And as a company with a traditional commitment to every aspect of quality management, maximum quality consciousness is an elementary component of our corporate philosophy.

Ypsomed's injection systems are developed and manufactured in Burgdorf and Solothurn Switzerland, where our internal capabilities include R&D, tool-making, injection moulding, clean room production and assembly facilities.We manufacture according to the latest regulatory requirements for both low and high volume production, using manual and fully automated assembly processes. Our facilities are FDA registered, inspected regularly and supply devices approved for all leading markets including USA, Europe and Japan.

Platform Efficient

Pharmaceutical research phases and development processes spanning several years require long-term concepts and reliable partnerships. And when it’s time to hit the market, things often can’t go fast enough. Ypsomed has developed a great understanding of how to manage the ˝timing factor˝ because for our clients time is a significant cost factor. To speed things up we devote substantial resources in order to develop innovations outside our customers’ projects. The direct utilisation of our platforms leads to shorter project timelines and ultimately cost efficiencies for both customisation and manufacturing.
