Remove protective tab.
 
 
Click the needle, with
the outer needle shield
still on, straight onto
the pen.*
 
 
Tip: Hold the needle
on the table and click
the pen into the needle.

 
Never click the needle
on at an angle.*
 
 
Remove the outer
needle shield and keep
safe.
 
 
Remove the inner
needle shield.

 
Insert the needle
following your doctor's
instructions and slowly
inject the insulin.
 
 
Carefully replace the
outer needle shield.**
 
 
Screw the needle off
and dispose of
carefully.**


Use the functional test described in the instruction manual for your insulin pen to check the reliability of the needle before using it.
