- 13th monthly salary

- Bonuses for good results in the qualification procedure (apprenticeship certificate)
- Ypsomed assumes 50 % of the costs for preparatory courses for the qualification procedure
- Complete assumption of costs for the material per study year
- Assumption of travel costs for school visits, practicals at other locations and inter-company courses
- Cost sharing for language courses abroad (max. CHF 1 500.-)
