You will have the opportunity to take responsibility for operating injection molding, printing or assembly systems, for example. You will set up the equipment, dismantle tools, replace parts and clean the machines. At most production sites, a three- or four-shift operation awaits you, allowing you to diversify your work schedule.

Anyone who wants to make a difference is given the opportunity to do so at Ypsomed. In addition, we have a great deal of decision-making authority in manufacturing.
Stephan, Value Stream Manager Project and Maintenance
Our modern production facilities require regular maintenance. The various teams in tool and equipment maintenance disassemble, clean and restore the machines. They have a great deal of knowledge about the mechanical, pneumatic and electrical parts of the equipment. In the event of malfunctions or problems, they look for solutions so that the plant can continue to produce as quickly as possible. In tool or equipment maintenance, you make a major contribution to the achievement of production goals. If you have ideas for optimization, our ears will always be open. In addition, you work independently — without someone constantly looking over your shoulders.
