As part of Ypsomed, you help empower people with chronic conditions to live as freely and independently as possible, every single day. Your IT background opens up a wide range of opportunities with us. For example, as a System Engineer, you will support one of our IT operations teams that manage the software behind our production systems. These systems help manufacture injection pens that enable patients to self-administer treatment easily at home. You will be on site when a new system is being set up or to fix errors in existing systems. However, you solve many issues remotely.
You can also bring your IT skills to Corporate Services, where network specialists and ICT supporters play a key role. As part of our Service Desk Team, you will assist colleagues across the company whenever they need help with their devices or software. In this role, technical expertise is important, but just as essential is your willingness to help and support others.
Every day I look forward to helping employees and solving their minor and major IT problems. The many contacts I make – from apprentices to members of the Executive Board – make me aware of how fast our company is growing – even outside of Switzerland.

Take Raphael as an example. He joined Ypsomed 14 years ago as a first-level ICT support specialist. After two years, he moved into IT for production. Today, he leads a team of ten employees and is currently looking for two more.

One of our career models is sure to suit you. Faduma, for instance, joined Ypsomed as an ICT support specialist. Thanks to her language skills, she has taken on more responsibility and now supports all Ypsomed locations. Most recently, she helped set up IT equipment for employees at our office in Barcelona.
