At our production sites in Burgdorf and Solothurn, you will have the opportunity to grow alongside us. Take an active role in maintaining, operating, and setting up highly automated production equipment and injection molding tools. You will also contribute to the production, packaging, and printing of a wide range of products and semi-finished goods.

At Ypsomed’s production sites, you will operate state-of-the-art equipment in a clean, modern, and highly automated setting. You will have the chance to take responsibility for running injection molding, printing, or assembly machines. Your tasks include configuring machines, changing tools, replacing parts, and cleaning equipment to keep everything running smoothly.
Most of our sites operate on a three- or four-shift system, giving you flexibility in how you organize your working hours.
