On May 8, 2026, the 17th Biomedical Engineering Day will take place at the Ettore Rossi Auditorium at Inselspital Bern. The event is organized by the Biomedical Engineering master’s program at the University of Bern and brings together medical technology companies with students and researchers.

Ypsomed will be represented at the Biomedical Engineering Day with its own booth. We provide insights into our areas of work, current projects, and development opportunities in medical technology. Students and doctoral candidates will have the opportunity to get to know Ypsomed as an employer and learn more about internships, thesis projects, and entry-level opportunities.

Through personal conversations, our subject matter experts answer questions about career paths in industry and applied research and demonstrate how engineering expertise at Ypsomed contributes to the development of medical products. The event therefore offers an ideal platform for networking and direct interaction with potential emerging talent.

The Biomedical Engineering Day is primarily aimed at students and doctoral candidates in the master’s program but is also open to anyone interested in the intersection of engineering, medicine, and innovation.
