This program creates a unique bridge between operations and business. Through rotations in Product Management, A&BD, International Manufacturing and GI, participants gain an in-depth understanding of product and production processes and strengthen their ability to drive business excellence.

This program focuses on innovation and technical excellence. Through rotations in Product Development, innovation, International Manufacturing and QA Design, participants gain hands-on experience across the full R&D and product lifecycle, fostering creativity and engineering excellence.

This program offers deep insights into core operational processes. Through rotations in Global Industrialization, Supply Chain Development, QA Operations and Product Management, participants strengthen their entrepreneurial mindset and ability to drive operational excellence.

Four predefined stages with clear objectives
You will be deployed in four different areas of our company, which have already been defined in advance. This gives you the opportunity to familiarise yourself with different departments and fields of activity and gain valuable experience. The details of your sponsorship positions are already set out in the job advertisements. You know what to expect right from the start and can prepare yourself specifically for your tasks and goals.
