We presently count around 1,400 employees worldwide – of which 40.9 % are women and 59.1 % are men . Approximately 900 employees have their workplace in Switzerland. Our workforce is made up of 39 nationalities. The consistent development and expansion of our worldwide subsidiaries permanently increases the internationality of our employees. As a company, we greatly welcome this. The international composition of our workforce provides fresh impetus, gives us new perspectives and differentiated approaches which also have the potential of driving our business efforts successfully.

To be permanently successful as a company, we depend on the full work commitment of every single employee. With clearly defined roles and codes of behaviour we prevent unnecessary absences and increase our efficiency at the same time. Since the introduction of an intelligent absence management in 2006, we have been able to reduce the absence rate within the company by approximately 40%.
