Girls and boys gain insights into the world of work at Ypsomed

On National Future Day on 9 November, we welcomed around 60 young people to our sites in Burgdorf and Solothurn. They had the opportunity to gain an insight into their day-to-day work with their mentors and get to know Ypsomed better.

What actually is diabetes? And how can we help people with chronic conditions? We answered these and other questions on National Future Day. During the guided program, the children got to know the apprenticeships, did practical work together and visited our production facilities.

New employees for the future?

Through the National Future Day at Ypsomed, we hope to arouse young people's interest in an apprenticeship with us.

National Future Day is not only a great event for the young people, but also for us. We train in 12 apprenticeships and are always on the lookout for motivated graduates. The Future Day is also a good opportunity for us to get to know the new generation and show them our corporate culture.

says Jasmin Heer, Human Resources Manager Young Talents, about the Future Day.

It was a lot of fun showing the boys and girls our work and we are already looking forward to the next national Future Day.
