Ypsomed on Earth Day 2025
On the occasion of the 55th Earth Day on 22 April 2025, Ypsomed reaffirms its commitment to sustainability and supports this year's motto: OUR POWER, OUR PLANET. This theme calls for tripling global electricity generation from renewable sources by 2030 and emphasises the collective responsibility we all have for our planet.

Earth Day reminds us that every single measure, from recycling to energy conservation, can have a lasting impact on the world. Sustainability is firmly anchored in our corporate strategy, with the goal of reducing our greenhouse gas emissions to net zero along the entire value chain by 2040. We already source 100% of our electricity from renewable energies, which we also generate ourselves.
In this spirit, we celebrate Earth Day as an expression of our ongoing commitment to a greener future. Together, through the increased use of renewable energies and sustainable practices, we can create a world worth living in for future generations.
