Ypsomed has once again been recognised as one of Switzerland's best employers! This recognition strengthens our commitment to creating an inspiring and forward-looking work environment in which our employees feel comfortable. Flexible working models, attractive benefits and a wide range of development opportunities are an integral part of our corporate culture. A big thank you to everyone who voted for us – we really appreciate your trust!

The list of ‘Top Employers 2025’ honours companies that have been rated particularly positively in an independent online survey conducted by the Handelszeitung and PME. The vote was cast by several thousand employees. Of the more than 1500 companies with over 200 employees, the top 250 are among the winners. In the ‘Electronic and medical devices’ sector, Ypsomed came in third this year – something we are proud of!
More than just a job
At Ypsomed, we help to improve the lives of people with chronic conditions – a task that means a lot to our employees. This meaningful work environment strengthens the sense of belonging and motivation in the team. At the same time, we are continuously developing as a company, becoming more flexible and international.
This award shows that our corporate culture and human resources policy are valued and make a real difference – especially in a time of strong growth. We will overcome the resulting opportunities and challenges thanks to our strong cohesion and shared commitment,
says Mauro Pellandini, Head of Human Resources.
But what does it really mean to work at Ypsomed? Three of our employees, Nadine, Reto and Thamby, report first-hand on their experiences. They talk about how FlexWork enriches their professional and private lives, which development opportunities they have been able to take advantage of and what they particularly appreciate about their work. Modern working models play a decisive role here: our employees can organise their working day flexibly, whether in the office or at home. This makes it even easier to balance work and private life.
