Top employer in Switzerland 2023
Also this year we belong to the best companies in Switzerland: out of 250 awarded companies we are ranked 147th and 7th in our industry. With this award, we show that we are a very good employer – and continue to work towards becoming even better.
"Top Employers 2023" is a list of companies that have been recognised as successful employers: thousands of employees were surveyed in an independent online panel survey and via the websites of the Handelszeitung and Le Temps.
The survey covered more than 1500 companies in Switzerland that employ more than 200 people. Ypsomed was ranked 147 out of 250 companies that received an award. In the electronic and medical devices sector, we were awarded 7th place in 2022 – and are proud of it.
We are once again among the best companies in Switzerland. I am proud of this positive development, because it shows that we are making the right decisions in the areas of personnel policy and corporate culture.
