How data is processed
We process data from our business partners to establish and manage our business relationships, perform contractual obligations, communicate with our business contacts, and organize and manage meetings and events.
Where you have given your consent, we also use your contact details to send you information about our products, services, events, newsletters and other marketing communications. You may withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future.
In this context, we process the names, business contact details, professional role and other business-related information of our business partners who serve as our points of contact or who participate in our events.
Duration of data processing and storage
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including the management of the business relationship, compliance with legal obligations, the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims, or as otherwise required or permitted by applicable law.
