This privacy policy (“Policy”) sets out how Ypsomed and, if applicable, its affiliates and service providers process personal data of persons who are associated with us as a contact person in a business relationship or who participate in our events.
How data is processed
We process data from our business partners (e.g., wholesalers, diabetes specialist retailers, pharmacies, clinics, nursing facilities, suppliers, service providers, and other cooperation partners), as well as from medical institutions (e.g., specialist practices or clinics), to fulfill our contractual obligations or, where applicable, for marketing purposes.
In this context, we also collect the names and business contact details of employees, physicians, and other healthcare professionals who serve as our points of contact or who participate in our events.
Duration of data processing and storage
Where necessary, Ypsomed processes and stores personal data for as long as the data subject remains in contact with us as a point of contact, and at most for the duration of the business relationship.
