The developments around coronavirus have a major impact on meetings and thus also to holding of the 2020 Annual General Meeting of Ypsomed Holding AG. The protection of the health of our shareholders and employees is our top priority. The Board of Directors has therefore decided that shareholders should exercise their voting rights exclusively via the independent proxy. Physical participation of shareholders at the Annual General Meeting 2020 is not possible.
