Our apprentices once again demonstrated their outstanding skills at this year’s FRAISA ToolChampions competition, achieving an impressive four second-place finishes. The competition is one of Switzerland’s leading championships for aspiring polymechanics and other technical professions.
Success in conventional machining and CNC
More than 1,000 apprentices from across Switzerland took part in this year’s competition. In our regional group alone, 85 apprentices competed for top positions.
A particularly remarkable achievement came from our apprentices Max Steinemann, Luca Vuille, and Nick Spichiger in the conventional machining category. Due to the high number of participants, our regional group was divided into three subgroups. By random draw, all three apprentices competed in different groups – and each secured an excellent second-place finish.
In the CNC category, our apprentice Cedric Kläsi also delivered an outstanding performance, earning second place in his group.
Among Switzerland’s best
These results highlight the high level of technical expertise of our apprentices and their commitment to preparing for demanding competitions.
Our apprentices have achieved excellent results at the FRAISA ToolChampions competition in previous years as well. This year’s podium finishes once again demonstrate that they rank among the best young professionals in their field across Switzerland.
