Every application counts

Over 13 000 applications have been received this fiscal year. Every single one is reviewed personally at Ypsomed. A four-person recruiting team takes the time to carefully evaluate each profile.

We deliberately do not rely on artificial intelligence in the selection process. Every application should be given a fair chance and receive clear feedback,

says Claudia Menges, Recruitment Manager.

This commitment is also reflected in transparent communication throughout the entire process.

Recruiting as a collaborative process

For Ypsomed, recruiting is more than just a selection process. The team sees itself as a sounding board for candidates and takes a close look at their profiles. At the same time, the recruiting team works with the various departments to analyze which skills are actually needed, as the job market varies depending on the field.

Our goal is to find long-term solutions that are the right fit, not to fill positions as quickly as possible,

says Claudia Menges.

Focus on diversity

Ypsomed welcomes people from diverse backgrounds, with varied experiences, and at different stages of life. While the proportion of men remains higher in technical and engineering fields, the company has recently been able to hire more women into leadership positions.

It is important to us that everyone feels included, regardless of age, background, or gender,

emphasizes Claudia Menges.
