Young people considering their career options already bring a great deal to the table: personal interests, individual strengths, and unique talents. Sometimes, these superpowers are simply waiting to be discovered. Our website now provides young people with even more information about our apprenticeship programs. Putting our apprentices in the spotlight
In eleven new videos, our apprentices provide authentic insights into their professions and show what their everyday work looks like. Four additional campaign videos focus on selected skills as superpowers. The apprentices take viewers into their workplaces, talk about their responsibilities, and show just how much ownership, variety, and teamwork an apprenticeship can offer.

As a medical technology company, we develop and manufacture solutions that help people self-manage chronic conditions. Our apprentices contribute to this work as well. They experience firsthand how technical expertise, care, and collaboration come together to create products that can improve the lives of people around the world.
