Burgdorf – At the Annual General Meeting of Ypsomed Holding AG (SIX: YPSN) held on 1 July 2026, the shareholders approved all proposals put forward by the Board of Directors. Dr. Simone Wyss Fedele was newly elected to the Board of Directors. Gilbert Achermann, Paul Fonteyne, Dr. Martin Münchbach, Marie-Pierre Zerr, and Simon Michel were re-elected as members of the Board of Directors, and Gilbert Achermann was also confirmed as Chairman of the Board of Directors.

The Annual General Meeting approved a doubling of the dividend to CHF 4.40 per share for the 2025/26 fiscal year (previous year: CHF 2.20 per share). This means that approximately 35 % of net profit, excluding the one-time effects from the sale of the Diabetes Care business unit and the sale of Ypsotec, will be distributed to shareholders. The dividend consists of CHF 1.70 from capital contribution reserves and CHF 2.70 from retained earnings. In addition, the shareholders approved the management report, the annual financial statements, the consolidated financial statements, and the report on non-financial matters.

Dr. Simone Wyss Fedele was elected as a new member of the Board of Directors. The Board of Directors now consists of six members.

Gilbert Achermann, Paul Fonteyne, Dr. Martin Münchbach, Marie-Pierre Zerr, and Simon Michel were re-elected as members of the Board of Directors. Gilbert Achermann was also re-elected as Chairman of the Board of Directors. In addition, Gilbert Achermann, Paul Fonteyne, and Dr. Simone Wyss Fedele were re-elected and elected, respectively, as members of the Nomination & Compensation Committee.

Simon Michel thanked four employees on stage for their many years of dedicated service to Ypsomed (one additional employee was unable to attend the event). All five employees will retire during fiscal year 2026/27 after 30 to 40 years with the company.
