Register via our partner TestingTime – it only takes a few minutes.

2. Complete your profile
Tell us a bit about yourself: your experience with injection systems or apps, any chronic conditions, and anything else that helps us find the right tests for you.

3. Receive invitations
When a test fits your profile, you’ll get an invitation by email – with just a few short follow-up questions to make sure it’s a perfect match.

4. Take part & share your feedback
Test products or apps and tell us what you think. Your feedback flows directly into further development.

5. Get rewarded
For your time and insights, you’ll receive fair compensation – because your opinion matters!

Good to know

  • Various test formats: Our studies take place both on-site (e.g., in Switzerland, Germany, the United Kingdom, and other countries) and online (surveys and interviews).
  • No self-injection required: None of our tests involve injecting yourself. If an injection is part of a usability test, it will only be performed on an injection pad.
  • Fair compensation: You will receive appropriate compensation for your participation.
  • Data protection & age requirements: Due to data protection regulations, individuals under 14 cannot register independently. In this case, parents or legal guardians are asked to complete the registration on their behalf.

Stephan is passionate about designing medical devices that are easy to use for patients and caregivers. He believes real users must test products to show what works and what needs improvement so devices better meet everyday needs.

Ivana

Ivana is driven by her background in Applied Psychology to understand human behaviour and needs. She values connecting with patients with chronic conditions and using their experiences and challenges to improve products and create meaningful impact.

Sarah

Sarah is an Applied Psychology graduate working at Ypsomed since 2019. She focuses on understanding patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals to improve injection systems and make their use simpler and safer.

Urszula

Urszula is combining her background in architecture and software testing to design ergonomic medical devices. She is fascinated by cognitive psychology and aims to create intuitive solutions that fit how people think, feel, and interact.

Christian

Christian has an educational background in Product Design and Requirements Engineering. His motivation for Human Factors is to create an outstanding user experience that is based on a solid foundation of thorough Human Factors Engineering.

Michelle

Michelle has a background in psychology and is passionate about understanding patient experiences. Her focus on cognitive psychology and perception shapes user-centered, needs-based solutions for safe and effective therapy.
