Ypsomed files a breach of patent lawsuit against Sanofi-Aventis

Burgdorf - Ypsomed filed a lawsuit against Sanofi-Aventis in Germany. Ypsomed believes that the SoloStar injection system developed and manufactured by Sanofi-Aventis is in breach of its own patents. Sanofi-Aventis uses the SoloStar pen for administration of its Lantus and Apidra insulin products.

Ypsomed takeover of Florian Müller Holding GmbH boosts diabetes direct business in Germany

Burgdorf - Ypsomed Holding AGr ecently applied for a listing on the BX Berne eXchange in addition to the present listing on the SWX Swiss Exchange. The Berne Stock Market Association as the BX Berne eXchange operator has accepted this application. All the registered shares of Ypsomed Holding AG will therefore also be listed on the BX Berne eXchange from 27 June 2007.
