Account Manager

Your main tasks

  • Sales, consulting and support of customers
  • Coordination of the sales activities to acquire new customers
  • Promotion and presentation of new products
  • Execute relationship management with best practice
  • Understanding and identification of customers' needs and requirements
  • Creation of business concepts, preparation of offers and presentations
  • Collection and analysis of market data for future sales activities

Your profile

  • Strong background in medical area and in similar position
  • Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in hospital sales. Experience in medical device industry is required, experience in diabetes care is a pro
  • Demonstrated track record of introduction of new products
  • Proficient in doing scientific / promotional presentations
  • Used to work independently in a complex and fast changing environment
  • Experience on negotiation techniques or communication techniques is preferred
  • Fluent in French (especially Walloon region) and good English, both in oral and written communication
